This product removes mould from curtains right before your eyes. I have used this a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. There is a very strong smell but with doors and windows open it goes away quickly

Replacing my Pet Pong Begone.

Smells great if you get the fragrance one. Seems to work well. I’ve been using it for a few weeks. I normally use Wet and Forget’s “Pet Pong Begone’ but I think this one actually works better, and it’s cheaper & smells better! Only downside to my order was the length of time it took and the fact that I had to follow up on the order myself.

Product worked very well, just a wee note with soap grime being rather thick, I had to scrub with a hard brush to remove thick soap residue before washing it off ....but I am sure spraying regularly will not need scrubbing in future.

Fantastic service. I've sprayed a new woollen rug with the waterproof fabric protector. Really easy to use. Time will tell as to how well it protects, but no issues at all so far and the product didn't change the soft feel of the rug at all.

How does Odarid actually get rid of the "pee smell"?

Unlike standard cleaners that just mask smells with fragrance, Odarid is a professional-strength formula designed to break down the uric acid, salts, and bacteria found in urine. It eliminates the source of the odour so the "pong" doesn't come back when the weather gets humid.
Is it safe to use around my pets and children?

Yes! Once the treated area is completely dry, Odarid is non-toxic and safe for both paws and little hands. We just recommend keeping pets off the area while it is still wet and working.
Why did the area foam up when I sprayed Odarid?

The white foaming is actually a helpful "detection" feature! It indicates that the product has found old urine deposits or bacteria. This tells you exactly where you need to apply more product to ensure the deep-seated crystals are fully neutralised.
Can I use Odarid on surfaces other than carpet?

Absolutely. It is highly versatile and safe for use on concrete, wood, artificial turf, vehicle upholstery, and even mattresses. As always, we recommend a quick spot test on a hidden area first.
Will the smell come back after one treatment?

If the urine has soaked deep into the carpet underlay, you may need a second "heavy" application to reach the very bottom. Once Odarid reaches the source and dries, the odour is gone for good.
Do I really not have to take my curtains down to clean them?

Correct! Our Curtain Mould Remover is designed to work while your curtains are still hanging. Just spray it on the affected areas and watch the mould vanish. This saves you the hassle of unhooking, washing, and re-hanging heavy drapes.
How long does it take to see results?

You will typically see the mould start to disappear within minutes of application. For heavy or old infestations, you can re-apply if necessary, but most customers see "magic" results almost instantly.
Is it safe for all types of curtains and linings?

It is safe for all colourfast fabrics, including thermal-backed curtains and nets. If you have unattached white linings, we recommend placing a piece of cardboard between the layers and spraying the lining only. Always perform a colourfast test on a hidden corner first.
Does the product contain harsh bleach?

Our formula contains a very low percentage of bleach (approx. 1%) and is pH-balanced (7.5). This makes it significantly gentler on fabrics than household bleach (which is usually pH 11+ and 3-6% strength) while remaining more effective at killing mould spores.
How much area does a 1L bottle cover?

A 1L bottle is generally enough for spot-treating a standard room's worth of curtains. If you have heavy mould across multiple windows or large ranch sliders, we recommend the 2L or 4L sizes to ensure you have enough to saturate the fabric properly.
