Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.

Damaged Goods

If the item is damaged during transit, please let us know via email with photo proof and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. Please note this is case by case.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@cleansmart.co.nz. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please ensure that your package is securely wrapped and properly sealed.

Once received, we will inspect the condition of any returned product before processing a refund or exchange. Please note that we may deny a refund or exchange based on this assessment.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using registered post for returns, as Cleansmart is not liable for any items that are damaged or lost during the return process.

Once we evaluate the condition of the returned products, we will notify you via email if your refund has been approved. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Miracle product!

Bought this to test on the urine-soaked carpet in our puppy's room. The urine smell is so engrained in the carpet at this point so was very sceptical this would work - particularly as we have tried various methods to remove the smell and nothing we tried was all the effective. However, this is a miracle product! The urine smell has disappeared! Have bought a larger version for future toileting accidents.

Best Pet Urine Neutraliser EVER

I have used this product for the last 10 years for all my animals, not only does it take the colour staining out of the urine it neutralises the odour. I just sprayed stains from our puppy that were hidden behind furniture for months and the stains have gone. Seriously this should be sold everywhere not just online, I used to buy from my local pet shops but not available now. A++++++++++++++

Life saver

Having had an entire house worth of carpet replaced due to cats and dogs being lazy sh*ts, it was hugely depressing to find fresh stains, and the smell, ergh, we contemplated 'removing' the causes permanately.
