The Pet Odour Pack is a perfect choice for pet owners, and those planning to get one. Accidents do occur, and this pack helps manage pet odours with a blend of natural fragrances and special ingredients. Complete, reliable odour control and freshening of the air in the home is provided.

Our pack includes:

Bamboo pet wipes are ideal for picking up the whoopsies from the carpet and are also ideal for everyday use on the body and gentle enough for the paws as well. 10 cloths per box
Odarid pet odour and stain remover which will eliminate all odours and stains. Just spray it on and watch it work its magic. This is worth its weight in gold. This will destroy all uric acid, bacteria and residues
Pet odour deodoriser that eliminates smells after the areas have been treated. It has a beautiful odour after spraying that will keep all areas fresh and odour free. Ideal for pet beds, kennels and any area where your pet has been.

Shipping

Please allow 2 – 3 business days for delivery to throughout New Zealand and 3 – 5 business days to rural locations.

NZ Post Courier

We use NZ Post Track and Trace. for all domestic Shipping New Zealand wide . We will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. and if we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Orders placed before 11 AM - NZ Time will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.

All Courier orders are sent with ‘Track & Trace’. We will send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent. Once your item is shipped you can expect delivery within 3-4 working days. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us with your order number immediately by email: sales@cleansmart.co.nz

Damaged Goods

If the item is damaged during transit, please let us know via email with photo proof and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. Please note this is case by case.

Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order. No returns.

Return Policies

Cleansmart Return and Refund Policy

At Cleansmart, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused, with labels intact, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@cleansmart.co.nz. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please ensure that your package is securely wrapped and properly sealed.

Once received, we will inspect the condition of any returned product before processing a refund or exchange. Please note that we may deny a refund or exchange based on this assessment.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using registered post for returns, as Cleansmart is not liable for any items that are damaged or lost during the return process.

Once we evaluate the condition of the returned products, we will notify you via email if your refund has been approved. Please allow up to seven days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

To get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Awesome produces... I was having trouble with my female cat spraying due to anxiety... since using these produces she has just stopped... I've only used a couple of times and that has been enough... Basically within about 3 days nothing, and that was about 4 weeks ago... so I may happy. Even told my vet about it. The vet that was try to sell heaps of expensive stuff to fix the problem. Life saver

Having had an entire house worth of carpet replaced due to cats and dogs being lazy sh*ts, it was hugely depressing to find fresh stains, and the smell, ergh, we contemplated 'removing' the causes permanately. But this stuff worked wonders, and removed the smell and stain, plus the area isn't a litter box anymore.
