Does Odarid remove pet urine odour before a rental inspection or new tenant move-in?
Yes. Odarid is designed to penetrate deep into carpet, underlay and hard surfaces to break down urine odour at the source rather than mask it, so the smell doesn't return once a property warms up or gets shut up for a few days between viewings. For older or heavier contamination, more than one treatment may be needed.
How fast does Odarid work when turning a property around between tenancies?
