Shipping Policy

Ecofriend ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.


Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

NZ Post Courier

Domestic Shipping New Zealand wide by NZ Post Courier Track and Trace. We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.  If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.

Orders placed before 10 AM - NZ Time will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. We cannot accept responsibility for your parcel once delivery has been made.  

All Courier orders are sent with ‘Track & Trace’. We will send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.  Once your item is shipped you can expect delivery within 3-4 working days.  If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us with your order number immediately by email:

Damaged Goods

If the item is damaged during transit, please let us know via email with photo proof and we will either replace it (if a replacement is available) or issue a refund. Please note this is case by case.

Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order. No returns.
