 What is protectME

protectME offers the future in high-tech liquid and stain proofing and protection for fabric, upholstery and clothing.

protectME is resistant to abrasion, machine washable (up to 30 washes), environmentally friendly, water-based and odourless. It can be used on cotton, suede, leather, synthetics, wool and silk, and it is suitable for various surfaces inside and outside the home & commercially.

protectME contains no harsh or hazardous ingredients is environmentally friendly, and is safe to use around humans and animals.

How much do I need?

We recommend using between 80-100ml per m2, depending on the absorbency of the surface. For thicker textiles, a second coat may be required.

Instructions

4 easy steps to #stainproofyourlife
with our eco-friendly fabric protector
CHECK YOUR FABRIC
Shake well and apply to a small test area for colour fastness. Not all textiles are colourfast
SPRAY AWAY
Spray an even layer from 15cm in a back & forth motion so that textile becomes moist
WAIT FOR IT
Allow a minimum of 12 hours for the coating to cure in temperatures below 18°C allow up to 24 hours
TEST FOR COVERAGE
By spraying a little water on the textile. Small beads should form on the surface, if not, an additional application may be required

Please Note:

ProtectME is water based so we don't recommend using this on "dry clean only" materials as this can cause slight colour loss/fading/running or shrinkage

CLEANING

After each use please remove the batteries and ensure you wash the sprayer thoroughly by putting the end of the sprayer in a cup of warm water and run it through to ensure it does not clog up

Coverage:

Protects up to 20m2 on most fabrics

Much better than aerosol cans of similar types of products.

Easy to apply with the battery powered spray accessory. Virtually no smell, so much better than aerosol cans of similar products with more toxic ingredients. Enough product for re-application for a few years, so cost effective. A great investment for our new furniture.

Hi Ralph, thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you found our Fabric Protector Spray easy to use and effective. It's great to know it meets your expectations and is a good investment for your furniture. We appreciate your support!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. I've sprayed a new woollen rug with the waterproof fabric protector. Really easy to use. Time will tell as to how well it protects, but no issues at all so far and the product didn't change the soft feel of the rug at all.

Thank you Deb for your kind words and for sharing your experience with our Waterproof Fabric Protector. We're glad to hear that you found it easy to use and that it didn't affect the softness of your woollen rug. We hope it continues to provide long-lasting protection for your rug. Thank you for choosing our product!

I like that this product is eco friendly and odour free. The sprayer works well and made it a quick easy job. The 2 litre bottle covered a three seater couch and one arm chair.
