This product is safe to use only on thermal-backed and colourfast fabrics. Testing a small area before use is recommended if you have non-thermal backed curtains or are unsure. To do so, spray a small amount, no bigger than a thumbnail size, in a hidden area on the back of your fabric to check its colourfastness with any sodium hypochlorite-based solution. Once you are satisfied that your material is colourfast, you can use Cleansmart Curtain Cleaner. Spray the affected area and let it sit for 20 minutes to break down tough mould. Always check the area you spray to avoid dripping it onto areas that may not be colourfast.
